We hope that you are keeping well. This year’s AGM will be held at 7.30pm in Kurt’s Bar at the Galtres Centre. We do hope that you’re able to join us. After the formal part of the meeting, tea and coffee will be available before an open discussion, when ideas can be aired. Attached is the agenda along with a copy of the minutes of last year’s AGM for your information.
We are grateful to Walter Rinaldi-Butcher for stepping into the role of Treasurer. I will be stepping down as Honorary Secretary but am pleased to inform you that Beth Prihar has agreed to take on the role. A nomination has already been received to replace Mike Lester, who has left the Committee. Other nominations are invited. Any proposals need to be given, in writing (email is fine), as soon as possible please, but in any case, at least seven days before the AGM. Please remember to obtain the nominee’s consent. All nominations are to be confirmed and voted on in the usual way at the AGM.
