Dear Members and Friends,
We hope that you are all keeping well. This year’s AGM will be held at 7.30pm in Kurt’s Bar at the Galtres Centre. After the formal part of the meeting, tea and coffee will be served before an open discussion, when ideas can be aired. Please find attached an AGM 2025 agenda and a copy of the minutes of the 2024 AGM for your perusal.
Simon Stephens will be leaving the Committee after serving 3 years as a committee member. He has also been our chairman more than once over the years, so we wish him a happy “retirement”. Angie Bussey will be standing down from the Committee this year. We are very grateful to her for revamping and updating our website. We have already received 2 nominations for the vacancies left by Simon and Angie on the Committee. As you will be aware, Pam Broadbent has already taken over the position of chair from Kate Webster, as Kate will be taking on the role of treasurer quite soon. 
All nominations are to be confirmed and voted on in the usual way on at the AGM.
