Gosh, isn’t it warm!
Well, guess what, we are thinking about Panto!! O, yes, we are!! In case you didn’t know this year it’s ‘Cinderella’ written and directed by Huan Quayle
Performance dates are Wednesday 18th November to Saturday 21st November at 7pm each evening and a 2pm matinee on the Saturday.
As the production will be more complicated than last year commitment will be required throughout the rehearsal period and for the technical weekend which will be Saturday 14th and Sunday the 15th November, times will be confirmed nearer the date. Rehearsal nights will be Mondays and Thursdays from the beginning of September starting at 7pm, not everyone will be needed at every rehearsal at the start, but Huan will complete a rehearsal schedule once rehearsals start
We had our first read through/audition on Tuesday which was a great success with about 16 people turning up, we had a real good giggle, thanks to Huan’s great script.
The second read through/audition will be held on Thursday 9th July in the lounge at the Galtres centre starting at 7pm, please come along and join the fun, whether you are interested in performing, backstage, costume or props. If you can’t make the 9th July but you are interested in being involved, please get in touch via our email on easingwoldplayerscommitee@gmail.com so Huan knows you want to be involved.
If any members haven’t paid their subs, it’s £10 for adults and £5 for under 16’s
